We are looking for a skilled and experiencedLead Salesforce Developerto join our team in an international challenging opportunity.Key Responsibilities: End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain. Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications. Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards. Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope. Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes. Defining and reviewing test cases .Must-Have Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. At least 8 years of experiencein Salesforce development Proficiency inApex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations. Hands-on experience buildingunit tests ,defect analysis, andbug fixing. Good level ofGit, SFDXandpipelines CI/CD. Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers. Strong leadership abilitieswith the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers. Englishproficiency atB2 level or higher(spoken and written). Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).
