In this role, you will assist our Czech-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, helping them with bookings, itinerary changes, and any travel-related questions they may have. You will provide exceptional support while showcasing the beauty and opportunities of traveling. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Czech for inquiries related to travel bookings and services.
- Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling travel reservations.
- Offer advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and local attractions.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and with care.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, specifically within the travel or hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently handle various customer inquiries.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms or customer service software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
