Key Responsibilities:
* Secure new property listings by meeting with owners and achieving weekly targets.
* Implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings locally and internationally.
* Maintain digital marketing channels (social media) with regular posts and audience engagement to generate leads.
* Stay informed about local market trends, property valuations, and relevant laws.
* Foster strong client relationships while expanding your professional network.
* Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
* Protect confidential information in all dealings and transactions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in the Algarve region, with a proven track record.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; other languages are an asset.
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
* Preference will be given to candidates based in the Loulé area.
