You will work independently to manage the entire sales cycle and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform outbound sales and lead generation for ad products.Present marketing strategies and overcome objections to secure new clients.Manage full sales cycles, including cold outreach, pitches, and closing deals.Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Partner with Account Managers to provide a smooth transition for new clients.Qualifications2-3 years of outbound sales and digital marketing experience.Fluent in Italian (native) and English (B2).Strong negotiation skills and experience working with digital marketing agencies.Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue.Working Hours40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).Competitive salary with performance bonuses (up to 500/month).Private health insurance after signing the contract.Holiday and Christmas bonuses.Contract TypeInitial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract after two years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
