Technical Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join our team and drive the technical direction of our Project and Activity Management (PAM) product.
As a technical lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical strategy and ensuring that our solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure. You will work closely with developers, UX designers, and the functional team to align technical decisions with business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical guidance and support to software developers and product owners.
* Addressing technical challenges and facilitating problem-solving.
* Contributing to story/feature readiness with technical specifications work.
* Leading iteration-level technical ceremonies, including TOP, security, and quality gates reviews.
* Identifying required enablers/PoC and managing their execution when needed.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Strong proficiency in .NET 8 and microservices architecture.
* Experience with ReactJS and front-end development.
* Understanding of Redis for optimizing performance and ensuring data persistence.
* Understanding of Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines.
* Experience with MongoDB for high-performance and scalable applications.
* Hands-on experience with Linux commands, server management, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
* Leadership skills, including ability to make technological decisions.
* Mentorship skills, including willingness to mentor team members and facilitate their learning path.
