About The Job
- The P2P Process and Project Analyst is responsible for the functional design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the standard sourcing to pay solutions platform and related processes, up to accounting feed. The analyst works across several SAP platforms and modules to contribute to convergence towards a unified Core model.
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform functional analysis of various application modules aligned with the sourcing to pay Core Model.
- Gather business requirements and propose suitable functional solutions within SAP standards and the Core Model; liaise with IT for adaptations and document requests; define, develop, and execute client dashboard data and operational KPI reporting.
- Develop testing and migration strategies and plans, provide test scenarios, and oversee UAT activities, including for new deployment projects.
- Monitor the release management calendar and coordinate planning with IT teams.
- Support internal clients in the correct use of solutions, including documentation and end-user training sessions.
- Manage incident resolution as part of Level 2 support.
- Maintain updated process documentation.
- Manage Non-Regression Testing methodologies, platforms, and tools for product evolutions.
- Oversee Group master data management (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Asset categories, VAT codes).
- Manage interfaces with the accounting reconciliation tool between SAP and the General Ledger.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or Consulting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of Finance & Budget, Tax.
- Proficiency in SAP/Navigation, ERP, and SAP Business Objects.
- Fluent in English.
- Client-focused, results-driven, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and adapt processes.
