Position: Change Manager – Data Models
Location: Germany, Spain or Portugal
Remote Work Possibility: Full Remote
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably
Mandatory Languages: English (C1 minimum)
We are looking for a Change Manager with strong stakeholder management skills to drive side data management initiatives. This role focuses on communication, onboarding, and ensuring adoption of data processes. You will help define business data models, align with FAIR principles, and engage project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and onboard stakeholders in data management processes.
2. Develop training concepts for diverse stakeholders.
3. Define business data models (conceptual and logical), semantics, taxonomy.
4. Drive engagement to promote data modeller adoption.
5. Work with stakeholders to refine data product concepts.
6. Lead change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
1. Experience in stakeholder and change management.
2. Strong understanding of business data models and data product concepts.
3. Knowledge of OMLs (e.g., OWL and SHACL), taxonomy, knowledge graphs.
4. Experience implementing FAIR principles.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to create buy-in and engage project teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in Business, IT, or Data Management.
2. Experience in functional environments with diverse stakeholders.
3. Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
