Role: Cybersecurity and Management Systems Support Services
Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal
Responsibilities:
Control Validation (LOD 1.5): Validate control evidence, assess maturity, and drive improvements with control owners.
Audit Management: Lead preparation and execution for internal/external audits (ISO *****, *****, ****, & Digital Seal).
Continuous Improvement: Manage Non-Conformities (NCs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) through to closure.
Governance & Reporting: Maintain IMS documentation (~200 docs), report on ISMS KPIs, and respond to client security questionnaires.
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience
Deep expertise in ISO *****, ISO *****, and ISO ****.
Experience in Internal Auditing and certification lifecycle management.
Knowledge of QNRCS/Digital Seal frameworks is a plus
