Your Responsibilities:
?? Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy;

Your Profile:
??? Native or fluent in German, with strong English communication skills being a plus;
?? Previous experience in a contact center environment;
?? Proven sales experience and customer-oriented mindset;
?? Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
