We are looking for a Technical Program Manager:
Missions:
* Maintain narrow relationships of cooperation with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department;
* Ensure the resolution of L2 user incidents on all M365 collaboration;
* Escalate to vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Veritas, SharingCloud all level 3 incidents;
* Maintain narrow relationships of cooperation with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department;
* Ensure availability of technical resources;
* Troubleshooting email tracking;
* Propose solutions to improve incident management;
* Main point of contact of OOdrive - sharing platform and SharingCloud - resource management tool;
* Contribute and participate in email migration projects.
Main Technical Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
* Relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 2-3 years);
* Experience and interest for the administration activity;
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications;
* Excellent knowledge of Messaging solutions (Exchange, Outlook, O365 Exchange online, Skype, Enterprise Vault);
* Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Other Requirements:
* Good level of French (B2 – mandatory);
* Good level of English (B2 -mandatory);
* Good communication skills (oral and written);
* Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Autonomous, while capable of working within a team;
* Fast and adaptable learner;
* Client Focus;
* Agile;
* Team player.
