We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team of our client – a company specialized in the telecommunications sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
* Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs;
* Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security;
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization;
* Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines;
* Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.
What will be required from you?
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar area;
* At least 04 years of experience in ServiceNow development;
* Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting;
* Background in one or more ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, or UI Builder – would be valued;.
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – CSM/ITSM/HRSD/HAM-SAM) are a plus;
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset;
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within the ServiceNow platform;
* An openness to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong team culture;
* Fluency in English, written and spoken.
