Your New Role As a Regional Controlling Manager, you will play a key role within the finance function, acting as a central interface between local finance teams, shared services, and group controlling. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and reviewing month-end and year-end closing activities across European entities - Performing and overseeing balance sheet reviews (BSARs) and resolving reconciliation topics - Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data ahead of consolidation - Acting as a liaison between regional controlling teams and group controlling - Supporting group reporting and consolidation processes - Participating in audit processes (internal and external) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation - Collaborating with finance shared services, FP&A teams, and other internal stakeholders What You Need to Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should have: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within a multinational environment - Strong knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet governance, and consolidation processes - Experience with ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and change Next Step If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV in English via private message.
