Job Title: Organizational Design Specialist
Drive impactful transformation projects in a leading multinational by developing and optimizing organizational structures, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
This exciting opportunity involves:
* Collaborating closely with business leaders to identify future talent needs and translate them into concrete recruitment, development, and team evolution plans.
* Designing and implementing change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new organizational models and digitalization initiatives.
* Monitoring organizational efficiency, assessing the impact of changes through internal and external benchmarks, and ensuring strategic KPIs are met.
* Supporting culture and employee experience initiatives by analyzing key indicators such as eNPS and implementing improvement actions.
* Leading and developing a team of professionals, ensuring their motivation and professional growth.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An academic background in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
* Approximately six years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to HR consulting.
* Strong knowledge of organizational design, SWP, and change management.
* The ability to influence and manage stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership.
* High energy, resilience, and proactivity to lead organizational transformation projects in dynamic environments.
* Experience in multinational environments and fluency in English.
