PROFILE:
* Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
* Proven professional experience in first-line technical support;
* Experience in ticket management and resolution;
* Knowledge of troubleshooting tools (Powershell, cmd, among others);
* Proven experience with Windows, Office365, Printing, VOIP, Azure, among others;
* Knowledge of hardware (laptops and peripherals) and basic networking skills;
* Microsoft Azure certifications will be valued;
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Good communication skills and customer focus;
* Ability to adapt and work in a team.
