Role Overview:
You will play a key role in our organization by fostering a gender-equal workplace and discovering top talent. Your responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruiting processes, developing local strategies, and defining sourcing methods for the best candidates.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process, including job advertisement management, interview process management, and defining sourcing strategies.
* Create and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recruitment processes.
* Act as a relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers, and third-party providers.
* Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and HR data to present to stakeholders.
* Attend and/or organize networking and employer branding events/conferences in key regions.
* Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, learning and development, diversity equity inclusion, employer branding, among others.
* Provide strategic support for operational HR functions, including optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in social sciences, HR, management, or related courses.
* +3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in IT consultancy companies.
* Good sourcing skills and previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.
* Client orientation, high expectations of service delivery, and a strong focus on candidate quality.
* Previous proven stakeholder management skills, being able to advise senior teams.
* Demonstrable candidate market knowledge.
* Good communication skills, high level of self-responsibility, self-initiative, and ability to interact efficiently.
* Good negotiation skills and assertiveness, especially under pressure.
* Good analytical skills.
* Results-oriented and team-player attitude.
* Experience with MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Experience with SAP Success Factors, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
