What will you do?
As a Service Operations Analyst, you will join a fast-paced, high-tech environment, providing Level 1 and 2 support across critical systems that ensure the smooth operation of financial markets.
From infrastructure to applications, you'll troubleshoot issues and contribute to a culture of service excellence while collaborating with cross-location teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Resolving faults and queries related to applications, databases, infrastructure, network, or security
Participating actively in incident, change, and problem management processes
Supporting implementation of new processes and contributing to continuous improvement
Performing QA after system changes and upgrades
Collaborating with international teams to support mission-critical platforms
Mandatory Requirements:
Degree, CET or equivalent in a computer-related field
Solid understanding of Windows, Linux and/or Solaris environments
Exposure to tools and systems such as Nagios, MS SQL/Oracle, Juniper/Cisco, and security protocols (TCP/IP, TCPdump, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (daily use in a multinational setting)
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a high-tech environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of financial markets, especially Equities and Derivatives
Understanding of the ITIL framework and IT operations best practices
Experience with scripting
Familiarity with monitoring and incident management systems
Motivation to grow and build a career in IT support and operations
