o • Provide B2B support to valued advertisers by managing product troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer service related to advertising offerings.
o • Identify initiatives to enhance services and elevate overall user experience from day one.
o • Manage end-to-end product troubleshooting, customer support for advertising products, handling inquiries via email channels.
o • Take ownership of query resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations teams to address all types of general or technical questions.
