As the Head of Business Development, you will own and execute the outbound strategy that fuels our revenue engine.
You'll lead a growing team of development representatives, setting the direction for both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts across markets.
Your focus will be on driving scalable pipeline growth, coaching for excellence, and closely aligning with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize performance and results.
This is a key leadership position for someone passionate about building high-performance teams, developing talent, and creating the structure needed to meet aggressive growth goals.
You'll play a critical role in improving processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Design and execute our outbound strategy that will ensure the achievement of pipeline generation for each of the development representatives in their marketDevelop a high-performing inbound & outbound team through great leadershipManage, lead, and mentor the prospecting team in identifying, creating, nurturing, qualifying, and developing pipelines in their marketTrain, develop, and motivate the prospecting team in skills, sales methodologies and activities, product knowledge, teamwork, time, territory management, and competitive knowledgeLead business development opportunities and sales forecast and commitment decisionsProvide regular, accurate sales forecasts to Revenue leadershipHold weekly 1:1s with your team of DRs, offer coaching, performance feedback, and actionable improvement strategiesGain insights from KPI data of the PODImprove processes in cooperation with RevOps/Sales/MarketingWork closely with Sales & Marketing to optimize outbound & inbound strategiesUse internal tools for coaching and skill developmentAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring high-performance team membersAdhere to Rydoo's Information Security Policy and participate in security trainingsPracticalities Reporting to the CRODirect reports: Mid-Market (3), Enterprise (3), & Account (1) Development RepresentativesRequirements Proven experience managing a Lead Generation Team with strong leadership skillsOutbound experience & best practices in selling enterprise SaaS solutionsStrong sales and leadership experience in growth-oriented organizationsResults-oriented with strategic problem-solving skillsExperience with modern sales forecasting techniquesPeople leadership capabilitiesResults-driven mindset and product knowledgeAdaptability and willingness to thrive in changing environmentsAccountability, teamwork, and commitmentBenefits Competitive salary and benefitsMeal vouchers of €9/dayHybrid work policyInternational mobility program (Rydoo On Tour)Flexible work environment and upskilling opportunitiesCompany events, international team, language classes, onboarding, free drinks & snacks, and morePermanent contractCheck us out LinkedIn: : : : Rydoo and leave your mark on the future of Spend Management - Ready to join?
