Main Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Training Plans: Design and implement customer clinical training programs for CT / PET CTproducts within the region.
Resolve Clinical Challenges: Identify and address customer clinical issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Provide Comprehensive Training: Deliver product and clinical training to potential customers, sales specialists, field service engineers, indirect channel partners, and other relevant personnel.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work with marketing teams to build a regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) network and support scientific research initiatives.
Develop Reference Sites: Establish and maintain relevant reference sites, manage site visit requests, and ensure successful execution.
Gather Market Data: Collect regional market data and understand customers' clinical needs to inform sales configurations and new product development.
Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing pre- and post-sales product demonstrations as needed.
Industry Event Participation: Lead product demonstrations at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualification Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in medical imaging sciences or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist, or more than 3 years as a CT/PET CT clinical application specialist.
Multi-tasking and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with strong customer service awareness.
Travel Willingness: Willing to travel extensively (80%+), typically 4-5 days per week, within Europe using various modes of transportation.
Software Proficiency: Ability to learn and teach specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Portuguese and English as the primary work language.
