Overview of the RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team and manage all project aspects, including reporting, budgeting, and financial control. You'll oversee the project from quotation through to end-of-life, ensuring successful execution across all phases—negotiation, development, industrialization, and production. Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: Proven experience in sales and project management, with practical knowledge of the automotive product development process and experience working with international OEMs.Skills: Strong negotiating and communication skills, with a high level of assertiveness. Ability to think and act in a logical, analytical, customer- and solution-oriented manner.Language Proficiency: Fluent English (Required)Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of common software tools, including MS Office and MS Project and Jira (Required).
