Operations Security Lead - Portugal at AXA Group Operations
Join AXA Group Operations to help drive security across the local entity and participate in a global security program. This role collaborates with the Operations Security Head, local entity CISOs and other stakeholders to ensure information security is relevant and cost-effective for the local entity.

About The Entity AXA is becoming a sustainable tech-led company. At AXA Group Operations we enable the evolution of our insurance business model through technology and innovation, delivering high-quality advisory and execution globally. We operate across 17 countries with teams that leverage technology, data, sourcing, security and investment allocation to achieve scale and synergies. The security function is organized into Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience, with a Group Security division to define standards and provide centralized services.
Main Missions / Responsibilities
* Contribute to effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to deliver services in the team
* Act as a key advisor to local entity senior management on information security matters (e.g., information risk management, cybersecurity, information security controls, monitoring, privacy, operations, identity access management, security architecture, forensics)
* Interact with the local CISO and local Group Operations management
* Lead information security at the local level, driving assessment, risk appetite, reporting and promotion within the entity to advise and challenge businesses
* Drive cultural and organizational change to sustain information security practices at regional level
* Lead, develop and deploy a portfolio of information security services for the local level leveraging Cyber Defense products
* Contribute to development and implementation of shared security services within the local level

Expected Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* A MSc in Information Security is a plus
* Information Security and/or Information Technology certifications (CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC or equivalent) strongly preferred
* 10 years of experience in information security
* Experience collaborating in a remote/international team is preferred
* Experience as interim or acting Chief Information Security Officer or reporting to senior executives in an international organization is an asset
