What we're looking for:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Delivery/Program Management, and Scrum Master roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
* Proficiency with project and delivery management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence)
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
* Ability to generate status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
* Budgeting and cost control capabilities; resource forecasting and variance analysis
* Strong servant-leadership style, with mentoring and coaching capabilities
* Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
* Fluency in English (B2)
Nice to have:
* Fluency in French
Important:
This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
