About The Job
The Cash Management Client Support Officer's mission is to be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests from the account opening onward, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank's interests.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Provide Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients with a first-line support point for their post-sales and post-trade activities.
2. Maintain a dynamic, interactive, and proactive relationship with clients and internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Back Office, and Support Functions.
3. Manage client expectations and ensure timely and appropriate responses to their inquiries.
4. Report and handle incidents, complaints, and claims according to procedures and policies.
Profile and Skills to Success
1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Up to 2 years of experience in Client Management, Banking, Financial Operations, or similar roles.
3. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and oral.
4. Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
5. Strong analytical abilities.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
7. Client-focused mindset.
8. Organizational skills.
9. Resilience and adaptability.
