We are looking for a Application Functional Support with:
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.
Support trading floor users with booking issues and ensure proper monitoring of investment deals (Forex, Equity, Money Market & Derivatives).
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
Manage incidents including analysis, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
Document processes and provide clear instructions for internal teams.
Maintain and update support documentation and create user guides.
