Job Description: As a Portfolio Activation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping to accelerate their adoption of solutions and achieve business outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop across a broad portfolio of roles, skills, and expertise.
The primary goal will be to advocate the value of Enterprise Agreements and guide customers through onboarding milestones. You will lead customer onboarding, manage engagement quality, support large customers with EA onboarding processes, maintain deployment schedules, and manage customer expectations.
You will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer adoption and address concerns. Ensuring documentation and reporting are up-to-date, supervising long-term business outcomes and customer actions is also part of this role.
This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools, and fluency in English, both spoken and written. You must be eligible to work in Portugal without sponsorship.
