About the Role
Collaborate with different Ricoh Portugal departments (sales, finance, SOP, technical) to develop and manage the company's operations management system - from approving operations in accordance with group policy and commercial objectives to analyzing their execution.
Developing and managing processes, systems, reports, analyses and sales strategies to meet the organization's global objectives and initiatives.
You can work in Porto or Lisbon
Responsibilities:
Planning & Business Alignment
Contribute to the sales planning of the
Ricoh Group
in Portugal.
Align operations with commercial objectives and Group policies.
Data Analysis & Performance Management
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and performance metrics to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Support Finance and Sales leadership with forecasting and performance planning.
Process & Systems Optimization
Optimize and enhance existing processes and tools to increase productivity.
Coordinate the development of management tools and system integrations to improve business control and governance.
Strengthen pipeline, backlog, and bookings tracking and reporting systems.
Operational Governance & Risk Management
Coordinate validation and approval processes within commercial and financial policy limits.
Conduct analytical assessments of financial and technical risks.
Monitor operational execution, mitigating risks related to deadlines and resource allocation.
Contribute to post-operation performance analysis and closing reviews.
Commercial & Financial Support
Structure operations to maximize contribution, leveraging technical expertise (IT integrator perspective).
Manage rebate processes and support procurement activities.
Optimize management and control systems for recurring sales models (various contract types).
Requirements:
University education.
Experience in Operations roles, preferably in the technology sector (experience in the technology market, specifically in the IT infrastructure solutions area in a technology company, is necessary).
Experience as a project manager and/or service manager in a technology company is valued
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
Analytical, communication, and management skills, with a clear focus on results.
