You will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and that the experience inside Kube reflects our standards.What You'll DoSpace & OperationsOversee the full day-to-day operations of the spaceMake decisions when issues ariseEnsure the space maintains high standards at all timesSupport front desk coverage when neededMember & Client ManagementManage relationships and negotiations with members and corporate clientsBe present and visible in the space as the main point of contactRepresent Kube at community eventsBusiness & ReportingPresent monthly reportsCoordinate payments and invoicing with the finance teamMonitor performance and suggest improvementsTeam LeadershipManage the Coworking Assistant (reception & operational support)Oversee scheduling, task pipeline and processesWho We're Looking For3+ years experience in operations, hospitality, coworking or business managementStrong decision-making skillsComfortable handling clients and membersOrganized and structuredComfortable working with numbers and reportsHigh emotional intelligence • • Ownership mindset
