Responsibilities
* Create user journeys, personas and story maps.
* Design low fidelity & high fidelity prototypes and present them to the other designers, partners and developers, we want to build the best experience for our users no matter what device they are on.
* Help business partners identify key challenges and propose creative solutions that bridge those gaps.
* Build rapid prototypes to help validate the experiences through user testing.
* Collaborate with marketing and other product teams to develop visual concepts that support campaign objectives and enhance user experience.
* Create infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex financial information for our clients.
* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
* Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content and design.
* Unify the design for both desktop and mobile apps.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and understanding of UX and UI principles and practices.
* Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to adapt to new and emerging tools and technologies.
* Experience designing UX/UI mobile/desktop interfaces.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn and incorporate emerging technologies in the UX/UI field.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to design clean, modern mobile and desktop interfaces and case studies of your UX.
* Good to have: Experience in the Financial Services field and experience with HTML and CSS.
