FREELANCE - SAP Success Factors EC Time Specialist Needed!For our client we are looking for a senior SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time (EC Time) Consultant. Specialised in Time Off, Time Tracking, Timesheet, and Clock-In/Clock-Out implementations, covering the full lifecycle from solution design to deployment and hypercare support.
* Immediate start
* Up to €300 per day (depending on experience)
* 12 month contract
* Flexibility to be on site in Porto or Lisbon
Key Responsibilities:Lead configuration and deployment of SAP Success Factors EC Time modules across multiple countries. Design and implement Time Off, Time Tracking, and Timesheet solutions aligned with local labor regulations. Configure Clock-In/Clock-Out (CICO) including time event types, terminal integration, and validation rules. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration.Provide both functional and technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle.Skill Requirements:
