Location: Lisbon Project Type: National and/or international Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years) Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex BenefitsJob Description:Middle Office PnL Controller.Main Tasks:Perform reconciliation of P&L data between Front Office and Back Office systems.Analyze P&L breaks, identify root causes, and improve related processes and controls.Produce, validate, and explain official Economic P&L figures, including market movements, new deals, and other key drivers.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between Economic P&L, Front Office forecasts, and risk-based market P&L until fully understood and documented.Review and correct inaccurate P&L allocation effects when no technical fix is available.Analyze and validate the split of Economic P&L between liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters.Produce and monitor hedge accounting controls for Finance and Front Office where applicable.Act as a key contact for stakeholders, providing clear and timely support on P&L-related queries.Submit finalized P&L reports for Front Office sign-off.Continuously challenge and improve existing processes, controls, and reporting methodologies.Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and collaboration, building trusted relationships across teams.Technical skills: Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets Accounting and Finance knowledge (3 - 4 years)Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Economics, Finance and AccountingMs Office Pack Microsoft Excel LanguagesEnglish ?
