About the Role
We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist with strong expertise in one (or more) of the following areas: Recruiting, Reporting, or Functional Integrations. This role requires a senior professional who can lead functional discussions, support clients, and participate in end‐to‐end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your main area of expertise, you will:
SAP SF Recruiting
* Act as a functional expert in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
* Lead requirement gathering sessions and define functional specifications
* Configure, test, and support Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing modules
* Participate in full-cycle implementation projects
SAP SF Reporting
* Build and optimize reports (Canvas, ORD, Advanced Reporting)
* Support stakeholders with data insights and reporting best practices
* Contribute to end‐to‐end reporting projects
Functional Integrations
* Lead functional design of SAP SuccessFactors integrations
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure architecture and quality
* Participate in end‐to‐end integration projects
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors
* Proven experience in at least three end‐to‐end implementations in your specialization area
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 day/week on-site)
* Strong communication, autonomy, and client‐facing skills
