About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Enter, track, and deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, process returns, and handle damaged parts or equipment claims.
3. Customer Service: Provide product information, proactively contact suppliers, and manage transportation needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* M365 Suite: Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
* SAP and C4C: Experience with SAP Operations, Fiori, SRMBuyer, and Sales management systems.
* Language Skills: Intermediate level of English.
