Reporting directly to the Group Communications Director with exposure to the Senior Executive Committee, the
Multi-Media Designer
role is critical to elevating our brand identity to a level that reflects the incredible and purposeful work we are doing in the emergency aerial services space.
Main responsabilities
* Deliver creative solutions to effectively promote Avincis services across multiple online and offline channels.
* Act as brand ambassador, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the business' wider communications strategy and company brand guidelines.
* Deliver impactful and engaging presentations, infographics, social media content, exhibition and print material, animations, illustrations, video and digital content.
* Assist with overseeing the internal and external comms content pipeline to ensure we consistently and regularly deliver high quality on and offline collateral.
* Take and develop creative briefs from business partners across the business.
* Work effectively with the wider communications team to complete projects to a high standard while hitting deadlines.
Core capabilities
* Demonstrate excellent typography skills and creative thinking complemented by strong design layout and attention to detail. InDesign / Photoshop competence to a professional level essential.
* Knowledgeable about the print process, checking and preparing large and small format design work print-ready.
* Confident at shooting and editing video content using the latest tools.
* Social media savvy on platforms such as LinkedIn, FB, X and Instagram.
* Be current on the latest creative marketing/technology trends and make recommendations to improve existing practice.
* Familiar with digital marketing reporting: Google Analytics, social media and email marketing metrics.
* Good level of English.
Required qualifications
* Qualified with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the preferred and/or a related discipline.
Required experience
* An experienced and creative multi-media designer with at least 5 years' experience working either in-house or for an agency.
* Able to provide a portfolio of creative work including branding, infographics, data visualisation, graphics, animations, video, digital etc
* Used to working with senior leaders in a busy and demanding business environment.
* Experienced at creating and adhering to company brand guidelines.
