Key Responsibilities:
* Design advanced enterprise IT network architectures.
* Develop solution designs for network-related service processes (ITSM).
* Implement change release processes and ensure IT security guidelines.
* Evaluate technical options for improving IT solutions.
* Integrate IT solutions into the company's ecosystem and apply market standards and re-usability.
* Ensure the performance and delivery of IT services to users, regardless of supplier numbers or nature.
* Coordinate and drive delivery, integration, and interoperability across multiple IT services and suppliers.
* Minimize risks inherent in multi-sourced approaches and reduce service complexity from the consumer perspective.
* Resolve cross-service/provider delivery issues and mitigate actions during the implementation phase.
* Communicate network architectural topics to different stakeholders, including IT management.
* Collaborate closely with the network service management team and with cross-domain teams to align with overall IT objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Over 5 years of experience in designing network solutions, with a focus on LAN and WLAN, and experience with Cloud solutions, WAN, datacenter, client-side LAN networks and Firewalls.
* Knowledge of local connectivity network infrastructure and management platforms.
* Familiarity with SD-LAN, Zero-Trust-Network architectures, and Segmentation.
* Cross-domain IT infrastructure expertise.
* DNS, DHCP, RADIUS and network backend knowledge.
* Experience in network management with international teams, Service Management and ITIL processes, and related process- and service-design.
* Collaboration with cross-domain initiatives and solutions; experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
* Technical education, preferably with experience in the technology industry; focus on Network services is advantageous.
* Analytical mindset to identify root causes of customer issues.
* Ability to act professionally under pressure and a problem-solving attitude.
* Organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
