Key Responsibilities
* Implementing and enforcing security controls using various cloud tools is a critical aspect of this role. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing secure cloud architectures aligned with industry standards.
* This role also involves ensuring compliance with internal cloud security policies and standards. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles is essential for success in this area.
* In addition to these responsibilities, the Cloud Security Engineer will perform regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our public cloud infrastructure. They will also validate and review complex architecture designs for business-critical projects to ensure that they meet required standards.
Necessary Skills
Solid Expertise:A proven track record demonstrating substantial knowledge on both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure is mandatory; proficiency in either platform serves as an added advantage.
Certifications:We seek candidates well-versed in scripting/programming languages like Python who possess experience working on CI/CD pipelines/Git/Terraform-based Infrastructure-as-a-service deployments.
