What You'll Be Doing:
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Help with orders, exchanges, and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure accurate case tracking and timely follow-up
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies
Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Fluent Italian– mandatory
Strong English skills – written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
