Job Overview
Our project management teams are responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that require close collaboration with various stakeholders. These teams work tirelessly to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective tools for tracking and reporting supplier activities, including data entry into our sustaining tooling app
* Support the development of system initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our sustaining tool app
* Establish and manage project teams, negotiate resources, conduct regular meetings, and maintain an open point tracking list
* Contribute to fast-track decision-making in all project phases, from request to industrialization, including make/buy decisions, value stream analysis, capital expense requests, and business case preparation as needed
* Work closely with project teams to define and implement replacement/duplication concepts and strive for cost-effective solutions
* Coordinate PCN processes to facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customers, or align with CTLs for validation and customer approval strategies in complex projects
* Collaborate with core team leaders to develop and execute customer-focused solutions, including PCN and validation concepts
* Monitor and coordinate sustaining projects in accordance with our EMEA procedure QMP_EMEA_029
* Ensure timely escalation of bottlenecks/roadblocks and prepare action plans/proposals for management approval
