Job Title: HR Process and Data Analyst

At Forvia, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an HR Process and Data Analyst. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a crucial role in monitoring absenteeism, analyzing data, and improving processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support in Absenteeism Control: monitoring, reporting, and analyzing attendance and absence data.
* Administrative management of HR processes and documentation.
* Support in contract management and maintenance of employee records.
* Data analysis and reporting in Excel and other HR systems.
* Preparation of KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making.
* Collaboration in the execution and improvement of internal HR procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
2. Good Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
3. Good command of English (spoken and written).
4. Fluent in Portuguese.
5. Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
6. Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
7. Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
8. Team player, with good communication and collaboration skills.
