Key Responsibilities
* Assist in achieving the objectives set for real estate assets managed by NORFIN, including the following tasks:
* Support in the preparation and management of studies and projects related to land subdivision operations and urbanisation works.
* Assist in the development of studies, plans, and projects in urban design, spatial planning, and architecture.
* Support tasks related to legal requirements and administrative procedures for building, urbanisation, and land management.
* Assist in the environmental certification of urban planning projects.
* Support in cadastral management of assets and preparation of GIS files for plans and projects.
Requirements:
* Academic background in technical areas such as Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
* Experience in preparing subdivision projects for licensing purposes.
* Solid knowledge of urban planning and building legislation, land management, and environmental regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, GIS (QGIS). Experience with 3D Modelling (SketchUp or similar) and Photoshop is valued.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
* Experience in preparing municipal spatial plans (e.g., PDM, PU, PP) is highly valued.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Adaptability to different contexts, strong teamwork skills, and ability to develop innovative solutions.
