We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our production facility in Vila Verde, Portugal.

A key position within YD Pharma operational structure, with real autonomy and direct impact on the company's results.
Success in this role combines hands-on leadership with project vision.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day factory operations (production, supply chain, EHS, HR on site)
Lead the capacity expansion project, reporting milestones to the Board
Monitor operational KPIs and develop corrective action plans
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and ensure GMP compliance
Ensure the safety of all people on site — zero tolerance mindset
Participate in site budget construction and cost control
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent (Master I/II)
5+ years in industrial production management, ideally Pharma Industry
Project management & Lean Manufacturing expertise
Fluent English
