The Role
As a
QA Specialist
, you will play a key role in ensuring cGMP compliance, maintaining audit readiness, and continuously strengthening our Quality Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have regular presence on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on quality support.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure
cGMP compliance
across all project- and product-related activities
Implement and support policies and procedures to continuously improve
product and operational quality
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the
Quality Management System (QMS)
Collaborate closely with
Operations
(
Production, Logistics, and Warehouse)
teams to ensure compliance
Maintain a regular presence on the
manufacturing floor
, providing real-time QA oversight and support
Identify, document, and escalate
deviations and non-conformities
Support
investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
Maintain
audit readiness
and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Prepare for and support
internal and external audits
, including review and approval of QMS documentation
Investigate
customer complaints
and support KPI tracking and quality reporting
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
Promote a strong
quality culture
, continuous improvement, and high standards across the organization
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology
, or a related field
Previous experience in
Quality Assurance
within a
GMP-regulated environment
(preferably pharmaceutical or medical cannabis)
Operational experience in a
GMP environment
(desirable)
GMP training
and solid regulatory knowledge (desirable)
Good knowledge of
GMP principles
and
European regulatory requirements
High sense of responsibility,
attention to detail
, and strong quality mindset
Strong
communication skills
and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Fluent English
, both written and spoken
Proficiency in
MS Office
Strong
documentation and record management skills
