We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in PySpark to join one of our international projects.
Work model: 100% Remote (from Portugal)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Python and PySpark
* Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues
* Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices
* Collaborate on solution design and technical documentation
* Participate in the optimization of systems, processes, and data pipelines
* Use Airflow for workflow orchestration and Snowflake for complex queries
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python
* Strong proficiency in PySpark or similar big data frameworks
* Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
* Proficiency in Snowflake and complex SQL queries
* Fluent in English (min. B2) ; Portuguese is a plus
