We are looking for Italian speakers to join our international client's team as Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a well-known small appliances brand. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time).
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week.
