We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect !
Mission: We are looking for an experienced professional in the BSS/CRM area, specifically in salesforce platform.
The candidate will be a key element on our salesforce CRM offer, responsible to build our internal knowledge and delivery capacity on salesforce solutions, namely communications cloud.
Be our main architect on both pre-sales activities, and salesforce projects.
Responsibilities:
Carryout pre-sales processes.
Support/coordinate poCs and demos (internally and with customers).
Create training materials.
Carryout training sessions.
Create internal documentation (best practices, handbooks, etc.).
People recruitment.
Lead salesforce architect on delivery projects.
Requirements :
TELCO industry experience.
Pre-sales experience.
CRM solutions delivery.
Salesforce sales & service.
Salesforce communications cloud (including EPC/CPQ and order management).
Salesforce Certified.
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients.
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included.
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills.
Good Level of english.
