We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:Principal Product Experimentation Analyst – Remote Hard skills6+ years in experimentation leadership roles Expert in SQL, Python/R, and statistical methodologies Experience with statistical analysis and tools like Excel, R, or Python Deep knowledge of experimentation platforms and digital analytics Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences, experience with data visualization and storytelling Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence strategic decisions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems Experienced in digital analytics (knows how to read tracking specs & how to investigate tracking issues etc.) Proficient in Python or R for statistical modelling Skilled in using Optimizely, Tableau, and data dictionaries like Alation (or similar tools) Soft skillsGood communication Team spirit Proactivity Time management What we have to offerCareful onboarding and close support from day one.
