Job Summary:
* Provide support for critical payment applications, including both mainframe and SaaS platforms.
* Responsible for maintenance, deployment, configuration, and issue resolution .
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
* Exposure to a wide range of technologies: IBM Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, IMS) and SaaS applications .
Key Responsibilities:
* Support IBM mainframe systems using COBOL, JCL, and IMS :
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
* Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on mainframe applications.
* Deploy SaaS application packages using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release).
* Configure SaaS apps based on business needs; collaborate with vendors for integration.
* Respond to support tickets from users; escalate issues as necessary.
* Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues.
* Collaborate with business teams, analysts, QAs, and vendors to ensure app stability.
* Contribute to process improvement and support Kanban delivery practices.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience supporting IBM mainframe applications (COBOL, JCL, IMS ); development experience is a plus .
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release.
* Experience managing SaaS application support and vendor relationships .
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required).
* French is a plus.
* Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a Kanban team .
* Experience in Agile/Kanban environments .
Bonus Points:
* Experience with payment systems and SEPA payment schemes .
* Basic knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis methodologies .
* Good French communication skills.
