As a UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces for our user-facing applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless experiences across multiple platforms, driving user satisfaction and engagement. With your gravitas and leadership, you'll coach and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI for web, iOS, Android, and Apple TV applications
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and impactful.
* Mentor and coach junior designers, providing constructive feedback and inspiring innovative solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platforms ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
* Proven track record designing user-facing applications, with strong expertise in web, iOS, Android, and Apple TV platforms (in order of importance).
* A compelling portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design process and successful projects in the video streaming or similar industries.
* Gravitas and the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members with confidence and empathy.
* Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with user research methodologies and accessibility standards.
* A creative problem-solver with a user-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
