Your key responsibilities:- Support the Product Owner in managing the full integration from Sage 100 to ADP GlobalView;- Lead data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll, absence, and time management requirements;- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to align business processes across systems;- Act as the local technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones;- Gather and document functional and technical requirements;- Maintain all project documentation up to date (requirements, test cases, user guides, integration reports. What we’re looking for:- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Portuguese tax regulations;- Proven experience in data migration, system configuration and integration testing;- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;- Fluency in Portuguese and English;- Working knowledge of SAP; familiarity with ADP is considered an advantage.
