Key Sales and Marketing Position

About the Role
The Program Advisor will be responsible for successfully marketing a portfolio of programs, ensuring that established targets and metrics are met. This will involve direct sales activities, including following up on commercial leads and providing personalized advice to potential candidates via telephone and email.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Sales and Marketing: Successfully market a portfolio of programs, ensuring that established targets and metrics are met.
* Direct Sales Activities: Carry out direct sales activities, including following up on commercial leads and providing personalized advice to potential candidates via telephone and email.
* Program Knowledge: Know the full portfolio of programs in detail, offering personalized advice to candidates and helping them identify the best educational solution for their needs.
* Application Processes: Ensure the correct follow-up of application processes and relationships with candidates through various tools such as CRM and application platforms.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative and commercial support related to the different stages of the sales cycle and participant onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Educational Background: Degree in Management, Marketing & Sales, Communication Sciences or related areas.
* Work Experience: Previous experience of at least 3 years in commercial and/or consultancy areas, with a high level of interaction with clients, ideally via telephone.
* CRM Management: Previous experience of at least 3 years in handling leads and CRM management.
* Marketing Campaigns: Previous experience interacting with marketing teams and defining sales strategies via marketing campaigns.
