Job Description
1. Increase Brand Awareness: Develop strategies to enhance visibility and recognition of the brand on a global scale, ensuring the brand remains in the public's mind, especially through expanding digital presence among target audiences.
2. Boost Customer Engagement: Implement customer-centric marketing programs to foster brand loyalty among existing customers and attract new ones through personalized experiences and targeted messaging.
3. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market penetration in new geographic regions and develop tailored marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, such as introducing new personalized products.
The Successful Applicant
1. Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
2. Proven extensive experience in marketing management and brand management within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.
3. Experience working with international teams.
4. Fluency in English.
